Responsibilities:
- Develop and build a network of customers in the commercial and agricultural sectors.
- Develop referral partners and support them.
- Enter and manage deals in the company CRM.
- Generate high quality and accurate proposals.
- Gather data and evaluate incentives required to generate a proposal.
- Analysis of client’s electrical usage and bill details.
- Conduct sales and proposal presentations to clients.
- Explain the financial implications of solar purchases, leases and financing.
- Attend company Green Expos, conferences, fairs and other related company and industry events.
- Knowledgeably educate prospects and answer all solar related questions.
- Attend weekly sales meetings.
- Provide support to the CEO and Director of Business Development and others as it relates to sales.
- Develop sales PowerPoints for clients and targets.
- Understand and develop cash flow models.
- Understand design and overcome client objections.
- Assist in populating due diligence contracts for client signature.
Relationships and Roles:
Internal / External Cooperation
- Manage client communication in the CRM database to ensure accurate record keeping and order among leads.
- Attend regular training session at corporate headquarters.
- Maintains contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Farms additional deal flow from existing client base.
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Collaborate on deals as projects get close to closing.
- Work with the design team to understand solar applications.
- Identify and farm referral partners.
- Execute periodic campaigns.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from a 4 year accredited school
