• Transfer information between reporting platforms used by field technicians.
• Record all billable hours and expenses accurately in the records, ensuring that reports delivered to clients are neat, complete, and detailed.
• Open and review reports from all technicians the previous day, copy information from the main reporting program into other programs that are used to share information with clients and other parties.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Coordinator, Closeout Specialist, and billing personnel, alerting them to any missing information in the reports so they can obtain it from technicians and complete the report closure process.
