Responsibilities:
- Synergy Sales Growth:
- Drive synergy sales within the NAM territory, specifically focusing on the Electrical Digital Twin Software Platform.
- Ownership of Commercial Activity:
- Take charge of all commercial activities related to our Design, Operate, and Maintain Electrical Digital Twin Software Platform in the United States.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead and nurture a team of software sales and enablement professionals responsible for direct sales to partners and end-user clients.
- Oversee indirect sales through various Schneider Electric offers and go-to-market strategies.
- Thought Leadership:
- Act as the thought leader for digital solutions within Schneider Electric North America (NAM), specifically focusing on Electrical Digital Twin technology.
- Program and Incentive Design:
- Collaborate with Schneider Electric NAM pipe and basket leaders to design programs, business models, and incentives to achieve revenue targets and territory growth for the Electrical Digital Twin Software Platform.
- Collaboration with Global LOBs:
- Work closely with the Global Line of Businesses (LOBs) to influence product roadmaps and marketing strategies for the Electrical Digital Twin Software Platform.
- Client Engagement and Development:
- Cultivate client relationships directly through your existing network and proactive initiatives, emphasizing the benefits of the Electrical Digital Twin Software Platform.
- Leveraging Schneider Electric's Strengths:
- Utilize Schneider Electric's installed base and brand strength to position the Electrical Digital Twin Software Platform effectively.
- Collaborate with account representatives across all Schneider Electric business units to target diverse clients for the platform.
- Channel Partner Collaboration:
- Partner with channel partners to engage the midmarket customer base and generate revenue for the Electrical Digital Twin Software Platform.
- Expansion within Existing Customers:
- Promote opportunities for licenses and services within the existing client base to grow the usage of the Electrical Digital Twin Software Platform.
- Customer Problem-Solving:
- Provide solutions that address customer problems using the features and capabilities of the Electrical Digital Twin Software Platform. Actively participate in key negotiations.
- Sales Strategy Planning:
- Contribute to the planning of the Sales Strategy within the territory, with a specific focus on the Electrical Digital Twin Software Platform.
- Digitization Strategy Influence:
- Influence digitization strategies through the Electrical Digital Twin Software Platform by collaborating with the SE Offer Management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of successful software sales and management experience, especially in the context of Digital Twin technology.
- Strong understanding of digital trends and technologies in the electrical design, operation, and maintenance industry.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Experience in designing and implementing sales programs and incentives.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and negotiate with clients at various levels.
- Solid knowledge of Schneider Electric products and services is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
