Job Summary
Would you like to be part of the leadership team for a highly respected sustainability team helping clients achieve their carbon net zero targets and reduce their energy costs at the same time.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
The remit of this opportunity is to lead decarbonisation and energy efficiency projects for Introba and help grow this part of the business. Currently there is strong pipeline of work with some great case studies, and with proactive business development activities this will really blossom into a significant part of the sustainability team.
The aim is to develop into a market leading consultancy service in this arena. Utilising your knowledge of energy management, energy efficiency initiatives / developments, decarbonisation techniques, LCA processes you will deliver the pipeline of projects, supported by a Senior Consultant, and look to grow the team as the project portfolio grows.
You will also be able to utilise your developed leadership capabilities to not only grow and lead this developing area but also support and facilitate our well renowned embodied carbon team. They are a mature and highly productive team but new ideas and strategic insight will always be welcome.
If you enjoy being a thought leader then you will have the opportunity to speak at events and you will also be able to network with industry peers during involvement on LETI initiatives and similar industry wide events. The Introba (previously known as Elementa Consulting) team have been at the forefront of advancement in this arena, our staff has co-authored official RICS guidance and regulation and are currently involved with London Energy Transformation Initiative (LETI). With regular peer to peer learning opportunities you will be able to access the latest ideas and knowledge.
The office, right above Chancery Lane Underground Station, is very new and offers a modern and attractive workplace, including rooftop garden and discount with the dedicated restaurant on the top floor. If you don't live near to London then we also have an office just south of Oxford and which you could be based from also. We operate hybrid working and colleagues are able to work from home 2 days per week.
