As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to\: Join the Group Sustainability Team and play a crucial role in amplifying our sustainability strategy through upskilling, awareness raising, and cultural transformation.
The Group Sustainability Team has 3 strategic pillars\:
- Acting as a key partner for our customers, economy and society on climate transition and adaptation through AXA’s climate strategy;
- Enhancing AXA’s social impact through the development of its inclusive insurance strategy;
- Amplifying our sustainability strategy through volunteering, scientific philanthropy and upskilling.
Within this team you will lead project management to support sustainability targets by amplifying the strategy through upskilling, awareness raising, and onboarding for cultural transformation across the value chain.
Your key missions will include:
Upskilling
- Contribute to defining ambitious upskilling programs, gaining endorsements, and managing the programs effectively;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous relevance;
- Implement community management of alumnis;
- Ensure AXA representation within coalitions/alliances to share and adopt best practices.
Internal and external awareness raising
- Prepare strategic recommendations for events, frame and conduct their management, and collaborate with communication teams to ensure event success.
Team’s support
- Support the ESG Integration team on day-to-day matters related to the Group’s Sustainability Strategy and commitments;
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis on key sustainability topics;
- Support coordination of the Group’s disclosures, information for reporting, and engagement with external stakeholders;
- Assist in preparing strategic communications and onboarding entities on sustainability matters;
- Provide regular updates to Top Management on strategic sustainability matters;
- Represent AXA within coalitions/alliances to (re)define the standards on key sustainability topics.
To succeed in this role, you will need\: An advanced degree, preferably with a specialization in sustainability or a specific sustainability-related expertise, along with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the financial services sector or in a consulting firm. You should possess strong project management skills, be fluent in both English and French, and have the ability to work effectively in transversal teams with other central functions and external stakeholders.
