The Company: Cascade is an IT Asset Disposition company that works with business, institutions and the general public to provide a safe, secure, and responsible service to collect, process, refurbish, and recycle their retired computers and other electronic equipment, Cascade has been recognized as a market leader in the industry and we've been in business for 25 years.

The Position: We’re looking for a motivated, multi-tasking, detail-oriented individual to serve as our EH&S Coordinator. This role will lead the following programs at Cascade:
- Safety: Compliance audits, staff training, procedure review, hazard assessments, incident management, risk reduction, and safety committee leadership
- Environment: Compliance audits, downstream processor oversight, managing permits and reporting, ISO 14001 management, e-Stewards certification, continuous improvement initiatives
- Corrective and Preventative Actions related to EH&S
The EH&S Coordinator manages activities for these programs with internal Cascade staff and external support, including legal counsel, vendors, auditors, contractors, membership organizations and other resources. This person monitors Cascade’s performance and internal support programs to ensure implementation of the company’s strategic mission. Additional training in OSHA compliance and auditor training is available.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Residence within commuting distance of a Cascade facility or willingness to relocate
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrable experience working effectively with all levels of staff within an organization
- Methodical, disciplined working habits and ability to maintain meticulous records
- Experience with OSHA, ISO, or other health, safety, or environmental programs preferred
- Skill and ability as an independent worker who is motivated to meet and exceed performance objectives and able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and to multi-task effectively
- Commitment to continual improvement
- Willingness and ability to regularly travel to all Cascade facilities, as well as for audits and reviews as necessary

Salary Range: Full time, Exempt, $49,500 - $69,300/year, depending on education and experience
