This position manages client relationships and oversees project tasks while mentoring the growth of younger staff. The successful candidate will have a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and support practice areas. This position would have the ability to help grow the company in this practice area, with supporting resources from around the firm. Area of expertise that may include but not mutually exclusive:
- NEPA/SEPA practitioner with 7+ years of experience: generalist or specialist in a particular resource area. Has experience compiling CE/EA/EIS documentation and preference on experience seeing at least one major EIS through to ROD.
- Sustainability expertise, climate action planning, ENVISION expertise, LEED expertise, Salmon-Safe expertise
- Environmental clearance associated with local comprehensive plans/local land use planning
- Working with infrastructure projects from across industries such as transportation, transit, land planning, aviation
Management responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Making presentations, writing proposals and scopes of work
- Establish budgets, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables, and supervising the execution of work
