Environmental data, the PMO environment will:
-Develop and deliver training and support
-Help in the campaign preparation deployment (information , training, protocol update)
-Communicate with the Energy & Environment Business & Data Analyst to be aware of gaps and to provide support to the BA and ensure reporting effectiveness
-Assess, monitor environmental data and create appropriate management dashboard, at the appropriate frequency
-Identify areas for improvement when appropriate and propose solutions
-Environmental management (incidents and audits) coordination
-Coordinate follow up meeting for group environmental management (incidents and audits)
-Analyze incident and audits data in order to assess main environmental gaps
-Ensure the relevant reporting consistency for incidents and audits and the related data follow up such as, financial data, steps data
-Monitor and analyse gaps follow up
-Develop and deliver training and support
-Support the development and/or adaptation of reporting tools facilitating the environmental reporting
-Provide support to the environmental team, mainly in environmental management
-Coordinate ESG elements of any future ESG related financial instruments (ESG bonds etc)
• Engineering / environmental science degree or Master Degree in a technical, engineering or sustainability field or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years experience in roles related to environmental management
• Knowledge of environmental management processes( ISO14001)
• Fluent in English), French is a plus
• Open Mindedness, Passionate and self-motivated on environmental topics
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions, with a various range of stakeholders
• Strong data management, Critical analysis and capacity for synthesis, with the ability to organize, compile, interpret and present effectively
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks/initiatives
• Strong communication skills : written communication + ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
• Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops and provide trainings on environmental topics
• Organization, Coordination and Project management skills
• Experience in the mining or other industrial sectors
