As Product Marketing Manager for ESG, you'll be responsible for end-to-end Go-to-Market for Enablon's innovative sustainability solutions. This presents an incredible opportunity for a talented Product Marketing Manager looking to drive positive change in the environmental sustainability space.
Working from The Hague, The Netherlands, together with our talented product team and sales & marketing peers, you'll take ownership of (competitive) positioning, ongoing market analysis, differentiation, and assist in sales enablement, among other responsibilities. You'll become part of an experienced, collaborative and agile Product Marketing Team in The Hague that works closely with the entire Enablon organization, empowering our enterprise clients with leading ESG strategies and solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product marketing and GTM strategies to promote our ESG-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and opportunities in the ESG space.
- Collaborate with product management teams to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for ESG products and features.
- Create the basis for compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and website content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our ESG solutions, in close collaboration with the Content and Field Marketing teams.
- Work closely with the sales team to enable them with the necessary tools and materials to effectively present our ESG and Sustainability solutions.
- Become a subject matter expert on ESG topics, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to ESG, and ensure our products and marketing efforts are compliant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- A passion for sustainability & ESG, and corporate social responsibility practices.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and marketing content; Dutch not required, but a bonus.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Creative thinker with a passion for driving positive change and making a difference in the world.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
