What You'll Do:
1. Meet with potential new customers to build relationships and educate on all aspects of going Solar. You will review a custom solar design and proposal with each potential client in a professional manner that allows you to earn their business.
2. Review each proposal thoroughly to prepare for each meeting, engage clients prior to each visit to confirm attendance, and afterward to work on proposal updates, financing solutions, follow-up, and contracting.
3. Organize your customer list and lead list to ensure prompt responses to existing customers and leads. Utilize your data to track and measure your success.
4. Provide weekly and monthly forecasting.
5. Consistently and efficiently package deals for our Operations Team, ensuring a smooth handoff. The Home Evaluator is responsible for completing and uploading final contracts to financing portals/submitting for review, as well as coordinating any re-contracting and financing adjustments needed post-Technical Evaluation.
6. Participate in weekly sales/marketing meetings. Attend additional meetings as needed.
7. Take ownership in Marketing events and represent our brand in the community. We frequently sponsor or attend various public events. Your role here is to represent the brand, educate the public on the value of solar, and generate new leads for our business.
8. Actively work with clients to generate referrals.
9. Meet and and exceed all assigned goals/key metrics on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
