Education/Experience:
Sr. Director typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline required and a minimum of 10 years of directly related experience; MBA or related Masters’ degree preferred.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Demonstrate that he/she has successfully independently managed contract negotiations
- Demonstrate a thorough awareness of potential project development issues and ability to elevate issues to Directors / RVP in a timely, solutions-oriented way
- Demonstrate a command of legal knowledge and background associated with successful contract management
- Demonstrate successful project financing experience
- Able to successfully work and communicate with members of Sr. Management, peers, subordinates, and unaffiliated third parties
- Strongly prefer large scale utility development experience in both California and Nevada
Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of traveling to various office locations and remote development sites throughout the western US. Must be able to conduct site visit/meeting in variable weather environments and which may require walking over rough terrain.
Working Conditions:
This role’s annual base salary range is between $148,000 - $220,00
