Reporting to the Advanced Metering League Leader, this role offers the chance to shape the end-to-end lifecycle of our offerings and make a significant impact.
As the Offer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and delivering sustainable offers that resonate with customer needs. You will be the driving force behind setting value propositions, strategy, pricing, and ensuring the customer's voice is heard throughout the organization.
What will you do?
- Defining product/system strategy, vision, and roadmaps
- Collaborating with Product Owners in Agile development environments
- Engaging with end-user personas to anticipate needs and deliver solutions
- Managing and prioritizing the offer-level backlog
- Exploring markets, competition, and end user segments
- Building business cases for product development and multi-year sales forecasts
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or product management
- Strong business acumen and familiarity with fundamental marketing concepts
- Ability to grasp technologies and leverage them for a competitive edge
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Agility in working across diverse groups in a dynamic environment

The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $129,600-$194,400 for candidates who are B.C. residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers an inclusive benefits package to support all of our employees such as flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, pension matching, well-being programs, holidays & paid time off, and more.
