Summary
The Vice President, Hydrogen Technology Solutions, will lead technical and strategic product management and give guidance to the team in designing advanced and market friendly solutions for hydrogen onsite production (SMR, ATR, CCS and other technologies) and hydrogen refueling (both liquid and compressed), including mobile solutions, hydrogen transportation, and studying state of the art solutions to produce hydrogen from Renewable Natural Gas. Additionally, they will help facilitate the business activities, actively collaborating with sales team and other companies of the Group.
Company Mission
Clean Energy pioneered renewable natural gas (RNG) as a vehicle fuel in the U.S. and we continue to be the largest provider of RNG for transportation. We have an extensive network of nearly 600 fueling stations across North America, and can deliver RNG to any station, public or private. Renewable fuel and station infrastructure sales and financing is the focus of the role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Design company solutions for hydrogen onsite production and distribution (refueling station) working closely with co-development partners (including companies that are part of the Group) and strategic suppliers.
Design and define company product standard solution, with approach linked to develop modular and scalable solutions, taking into consideration best state of the art technologies available on the market and final customer acceptance of these technologies.
Organize a dedicated team and provide guidance and technical direction to the company and to the team.
Work with other area to ensure technological and product strategies are aligned with company strategy, development goals and timelines.
Provide guidance for refueling solution product development which consists of both liquid and compressed hydrogen as well as mobile refueling, including control electronics and system integration strategy.
Be the refence in term of regulation, including the one on safety for product design and installation.
Be a reference in giving update state of the art KPI and financial related to hydrogen production and distribution and hydrogen carbon intensity.
Work closely with other companies of the Group, helping them to develop product range to be used by the Company and to be sold to the markets.
Developing and managing annual and long-range budget and work plans
Advising and recommending program and strategy changes to senior management based upon program experience.
Preparing and presenting management briefing materials
Preparing technical program documents
Representing at relevant technical conferences

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
A Master’s Degree or PhD in Engineering/ Science with at least 10-15 years of relevant work experience in hydrogen development, including hydrogen production and hydrogen refueling station, from a recognized company. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Advance knowledge of engineering tools, principles, and practices common in hydrogen production and distribution, including knowledge of liquid and compressed hydrogen main chemical and physical features. Engineering related experience in quality control, e.g. Six Sigma is desirable.
