What do you get to do in this position?
The EcoCare Business Development Service Sales Manager will be responsible to drive the recurring and digital transformation across the US Services organization, deploying recurring commercial practices to accelerate the asset base track /capture/renew engine and improving the annual recurring revenue growth in the US. This individual will lead a team of 6 Business Development Managers focused on driving our EcoCare offering. The leader will work closely with sales channels and strategic/targeted account executives to ensure that the business continues to grow profitably.
As a people leader, the EcoCare Business Development Service Sales is responsible for all aspects of talent management including performance reviews, salary planning, development plans, and resource planning/recruiting. Responsibilities also include the day-to-day management of personnel including project assignments.

Develop Digital & Recurring Services growing aggressively the pipeline & order intake in the zone
- Build Assets based Track > Capture > Renew recurring engine
- Deploy value-based pricing model

Essential Responsibilities:
Drive the Digital & Recurring business and recurring development, within organization including Brownfield, Greenfield, Partners etc
- Drive Capex to Opex to Recurring Transformation
- Develop a healthy & accurate sales pipeline follow up to conversion
- Share best practices across the sales teams and customers
- Understand recurring business roadblock for each area and drive the action plan to overcome them
- Identify key clients pain points & needs, build best tailor made and outcome-based service to address those needs
- Prepare commercial pitches with the support of the Digital & Recurring Services Architect & support quotations with Tendering & Quotation Manager
- Collaborate with other BU Sales in prospects identification
- Stay in close contact with customer’s needs & gather country feedbacks to challenge offer development team for offer improvement
- Identify, reach, and engage key decision makers through networking, personal connections, client references, and industry events
- Research, develop and maintain competitive information resources
- Participate in meetings with Digital & Recurring Digital Team (transformation calls) and act upon agreed actions
- Coordinate/close the loop between all streams (ensure Tendering, execution and CSM efficiency + marketing) to ensure successful transformation
- Organize and accelerate training to secure Recurring DNA is present with all sales reps
- Reconciliate the YTD Recurring & Digital Performance, build and drive growth actions plans accordingly
For this position, the expected compensation range is $136,000 - $204,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of varied experience in sales, marketing, and product management. Relevant work experience and/or networks within the Electrical Industry are desirable.

- A four-year degree is required. Engineering or Business preferred
