We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Kronos Resource with expertise in Software Services, specializing in Workforce Time Management domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting the latest Kronos workforce management and Dimensions solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise in Workforce Central (WFC), Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), and Kronos Clocks (WDM) for design, configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
- Lead the configuration and maintenance of Kronos Time and Attendance modules.
- Execute and oversee projects in various Kronos versions (Cloud & Inhouse) with a focus on configuration, deployments, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Provide end-user training and support for superusers, managers, and time admins across manufacturing units.
- Manage Kronos integrations with other systems like SAP, Oracle etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Extensive experience (more than 12 years) in Kronos deployments, service pack installations, path upgrades, clock configurations and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in application development life cycle phases including Requirement Analysis, Design, Build, Testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to handle client interactions, escalations, reporting, and quality assurance.
