About the Role
This role is passionate about helping drive positive change to protect the environment for current and future generations. Will lead the Science based targets commitment, achieving our short-term targets and developing our NetZero roadmap. Ability to develop strong relationships across multiple departments, influencing change to achieve our ESG strategy.
Education
University degree in accounting, engineering, environmental health, environmental sciences/management, biosciences, applied science or physics.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in a corporate environmental role, of which 2 years in the financial or technology industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Science based targets strategy, devise and implement environmental frameworks, policies and practices in partnership with relevant departments responsible for functional change.
- Select and oversee environmental accounting tooling to drive reduction of emissions aligned to Science based targets.
- Assess, analyze and collate environmental performance data for internal and external reporting purposes.
- Remain up to date with relevant changes in environmental legislation and initiative including international legislation.
- Ensure company compliance with environmental legislation and standards in partnership with Legal department.
- Manage environmental budget, partnering with ESG CoE to report on payments and future investments required to meet Science based targets.
Champion and change agent across company to progress our Science based targets.
- Partner with ESG team (ESG CoE, Philanthropy, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) using environmental experience and knowledge to drive impactful programs and achieve our ESG Strategy.
