As our Senior/Principal Environmental Engineer, you will play a crucial role across the project spectrum. Your responsibilities will encompass scoping, design, permitting, specifications, contract solicitation, quality assurance, comprehensive reporting, project management, and cost estimation.

- Strategize, schedule, and oversee projects, ranging from simple to complex, while engaging with clients and regulatory bodies.
- Build and lead multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Leverage your industry expertise to lead our expansion efforts and fortify our core services in the Puget Sound.
- Formulate project scopes, schedules, and budgets with precision.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks on work produced by others, offering expert technical guidance to project teams, clients, and agencies.
- Drive marketing and business development endeavors, including client interactions, proposal generation, and impactful presentations.
- Engage in marketing activities, including client interactions, proposal generation, and impactful presentations.
- Serve as a technical specialist and conceive, plan, and conduct research and/or analysis in problem areas of considerable scope and complexity.
To thrive in this role, you must have...
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- A Professional Engineer License (PE).
- Knowledge of the Puget Sound market to support and lead marketing efforts.

- Adeptness at functioning as a project manager, mentor, and leader within collaborative team environments.
- Proficiency in interacting with existing and potential clients, and the aptitude to effectively drive marketing and business expansion initiatives.
- Familiarity with the local and regional market landscape to steer and elevate business development efforts.
- Demonstrable technical acumen, underpinned by astute organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions and business development.

Compensation Range: $120,000 to $180,000
