The London HR team is led by a Global HR Director and comprises of a generalist HR Advisory team along with specialists in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion, Sustainability, Reward and Benefits, Resourcing and Early Careers.
Internationally, we work with the Office Managers or HR Managers across offices in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the USA. |
The Diversity, Inclusion and Sustainability Advisor will work with the Global Diversity and Inclusion Lead and Global Sustainability Lead to help deliver the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion and Sustainability Strategies. In particular, they will lead on organising and promoting Diversity and Inclusion and Sustainability activities, work closely with our Diversity and Inclusion Networks and Sustainability Communities across our international offices to organise a regular programme of events, and lead on communications campaigns that help build awareness and engagement in our initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to further develop two global initiatives that are facilitating positive change within our firm. Both of which are central to our aims of further developing our inclusive working culture and ensuring that we have a positive impact on the communities in which we operate.

- Leading on the delivery of a programme of regular D&I and Sustainability events throughout the year.
- Managing and building relationships with WFW's D&I Networks and Sustainability Communities, supporting them to design and deliver annual action plans, events and community initiatives.
- Designing and delivering annual D&I and Sustainability communications plans in collaboration with our communications team to increase transparency around progress, celebrate success and increase engagement with our activities within the firm and externally via our website and social media channels.
- Supporting the Global D&I and Sustainability Leads to deliver global projects within our D&I and Sustainability strategies.
- Developing links, and acting as a point of contact, with external organisations, including charity partners and membership organisations.
- Working closely with our Early Careers team to maximise benefits with partner organisations and deliver initiatives to engage with diverse talent.
- Leading on submissions for related benchmarks and awards (where applicable).
- Managing ad-hoc queries relating to D&I and Sustainability from a range of internal and external stakeholders, including client requests where appropriate.
- Supporting the Global Diversity and Inclusion and Sustainability Leads to report on key metrics internally and externally, including diversity and environmental data reporting.
- Monitoring the success of Diversity and Inclusion and Sustainability activities by collecting and reviewing regular feedback with the goal of improving their effectiveness.
- Keeping up to date with best practice through attending external conferences and learning events, whilst building a network of D&I / Sustainability professionals.
- Contributing to the development of the firm's broader Responsible Business initiatives / programme.

- Proficient in Microsoft suite, primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- High degree of written, oral and digital communication skills.
