Job Duties:
- Provide training on LISP investment products and processes
- Create and implement efficient processes related to retirement products
- Monitor processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Develop process documents and workflow documents
- Implement risk mitigation strategies
- Conduct quality assurance checks on processes and products
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in interactions with team members and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
Experience:
- Prior experience in training and process development in a financial environment
- Experience working with LISP investment products
Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth understanding of retirement products and financial processes
- Strong ability to create and implement processes
- Proficient in risk mitigation techniques
- Demonstrated quality assurance skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in training or quality assurance
- Advanced degree in Finance or related field
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role in Claremont, Cape Town, Western Cape
- Full-time position with standard office hours
