Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree for a four-year university in Industrial Hygiene, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or equivalent type degrees. Will consider experience without degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Environmental and/or Safety roles in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in OSHA and applicable environmental regulations
Preferred Education and Experience
- Previous experience a Food Manufacturing
- Previous experience in an equivalent EHS role
- Certified Safety Professional, OSHA 30, or similar industry credentials such as CIH, ASP, CHMM
- Knowledge of SQF/BRC practices
- Advanced computer skills with experience with ERP software
