We are looking for an ambitious and client-oriented team player with a passion for sustainability who will lead delivery and manage a portfolio of projects. The person in this position will help ensure we make a significant and measurable change in moving companies towards sustainable business models.
The key sectors we serve include oil & gas, mining & metals, power, manufacturing & pharmaceutical, chemical, and technology, media & telecommunications. All face critical sustainability challenges and our clients in these and many other areas rely on our ability to assist them operate more sustainably which has a positive impact on our planet.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Experience in a sustainability/ESG advisory position with responsibilities for project management, client engagement and business development
- Some experience supporting clients in for example, conducting materiality assessments, developing and implement sustainability strategies, working with key ESG frameworks such as GRI, SASB, <IR>, SDGs etc
- Interest in building strong and trusting relationships with clients and partners
- Structured and effective communicator that can shape and deliver messages to executive level and facilitate effective client engagements
Managing Clients and Projects
- Project management skills and oversight through the project lifecycle, including scoping, budget and delivery
- Good analytical skills, excellent writing and presentation skills, and a mastery of PowerPoint
- Experience in developing trusted relationships with clients and/or business partners
- Ability to think strategically in order to influence decision-makers and outcomes
Teamwork and Organization
- Enhances ERM’s capability to collaborate with clients and deliver Corporate Sustainability services
- Demonstrates strong people management skills to achieve results
