Responsibilities

• Support and participate in sub-functional change management to dive transformation and optimisation
• Data integrity control
• Identify improvement initiatives and team recognition
• Implement compliance requirements
• Plan, direct and assess Quality Management
• Execute SHERQ programs
• Provide input into functional planning
• Implementation of operational plans
• Sub-functional resource utilisation
• Environmental impact management
• Compliance and assurance

• Grade 12
• Degree in Environmental Science
• 8 - 10 years experience in a mining environment
• 2 years managerial experience
