Packs EMEA (Eastpak, JanSport, Kipling) is looking for an exceptional Retail Environment Specialist to join our VM team within the Sales DTC organization based in Antwerp, Belgium.

You as Retail Environment Specialist will be responsible to develop the creative direction and project roll-out of physical retail spaces and trade events for Eastpak, Kipling and JanSport Brands in EMEA in close relationship with VF Corporation head office in Stabio, Switzerland. You will have a strong focus on retail, trends, sustainability, innovation to shape the retail space of the future. You will be responsible to manage the Brands budgets and deadlines with all project stakeholders. A sensibility on financials and commercial aspects of each project is key. Estimated travel in EMEA region 25-30%.

How You Will Make a Difference
You will achieve this by:
defining the creative direction of how our packs brands show up and are presented in all retail and physical environments.
acting as the connection between VF brand marketing and sales teams, external retail partners and creative agencies to create game-changing in-store presentations of products and collections.
understanding the global and local needs and trends of each EMEA market to continually improve how the VF Packs Org are presented to the consumers
developing new POS and Fixtures for market leading account support.
effectively and efficiently managing the individual brand financial budgets, identifying economical opportunities and synergies.
managing projects end-to-end, in time and to budget; understanding the project’s needs and potentials, auditing and surveying the locations, briefing creative agents/architects and managing the final installation.
compiling and distributing reports to all key VF Packs Org stakeholders.
Skills for Success
The ideal candidate is specialised in store design with combined theoretical and practical knowledge with strong organisation skills, flexibility and a proven track record in project management
You should have:
4+ years relevant experience in retail development and design including fashion retailing
Excellent visualisation skills: 2D hand sketching & 3D CAD rendering skills (Sketchup, Vector works, 3DMax or similar) to illustrate design ideas.
Furniture design, material knowledge & detailing competences
VM and In-Store communication experience are a plus
A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or Design Degree (Architecture – Interior Design) is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
