Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Finance Manager – Growth US Environment to support our Resilience GBA. The position will be based in any Arcadis office in United States.
Being a Finance business partner to the US Environment Growth organization and supporting them on a broad range of topics such as backlog & pipeline reporting, pursuit review & support, M&A support, investment tracking (eg. new Technology business cases), Product sales & margin tracking, and Portfolio analyses. The Growth Finance controller reports directly to the BA Controller for US Environment and indirectly to the Global Finance Director Growth for Resilience.
The candidate will work in collaboration with our high performing Growth & Finance teams, with a focus on ensuring healthy financial growth in Sales for our US Environment business.
The dynamics in Arcadis are big. The company has ambitious growth plans, both organically and via acquisitions. It’s key that we focus on the right pursuits and clients to ensure our growth is healthy in terms of revenue, margin, and cash flow. As the external demand for our services is high and at the same time our Growth teams are working in a new organization and need to get used to systems and processes there’s a clear need to provide the Growth teams with clear data and insights that will help them better understand their portfolio and opportunities.
Role accountabilities:
The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Bids & Pursuits management; Support the Growth & Finance Teams with co-ordination, upfront assessment of large bids, support multi country bids, and help to properly align to the harmonized pursuit process.
- Ensuring we reach our strategic goals by focusing on the right pursuits and clients via eg. Portfolio analyses and Client selection
- Support in Global Key & Emerging Client planning on Plan, Forecast and Actuals for US Environment hosted clients
- Improve the financial analysis on large bids, including improving bid templates showing expected margins and future cash flows
- Support the business in putting in place Sales & Margin reporting for Product sale
- Tracking of Investments to accelerate our growth in the Resilience GBA
- Assist in Sustainability Reporting
- Assist in Multiplier training of Operations and Commercial staff
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- At least 5+ years of experience as a finance manager with broad experience in finance management and reporting in a global setting
- Strong Oracle and Excel Experience
- Ability to develop Financial Models
- Experience with Data Analytics
- Understanding of Business KPI’s

The salary range for this position is $97,600 - $140,300.
