We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
As Sustainability Reporting Specialist are responsible for developing, driving and coordinating all sustainability reporting initiatives at Schindler.
Some of your exciting challenges include:

Leading the adoption of new sustainability reporting requirements (e.g. TCFD, CSRD, ISSB), from gap analyses against new requirements, to closure of gaps and implementation

Enhancing the existing materiality assessment and designing regulatory compliant sustainability reporting contents

Independently evaluating data availability, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and ongoing performance monitoring

Enhancing and adapting the existing sustainability reporting processes based on new reporting requirements

Coordinating the global implementation and data collection across business functions and Group companies

Supporting the completion of the CDP questionnaire

Further requirements may include:

University studies in sustainability management, environmental engineering or economics

Several years’ experience in sustainability reporting across regulatory requirements (e.g. CSRD, Swiss Climate Ordinance) and sustainability reporting standards (e.g. GRI, SASB, TCFD)

Excellent knowledge in climate and sustainability risks and opportunities and willingness to learn and constantly self-educate

Proven experience in a similar position or in a consulting role

Ability to work in an international environment

Proficiency in English
