We are currently seeking a

Product Solution Specialist (m/f/d) Operator Environment

to join our team in either Marktoberdorf (Germany), Suolahti (Finland) or Beauvais (France). The product solution specialist for operator environment will work within the AGCO Precision Ag & digital product management team. This person will be a member of a customer-focused agile product team that is responsible for guiding the development of new features related to User Experience and operator driver stations for AGCO machines.

What you can expect

• Identify customer and specific vehicle platform needs related to operator environment in different regions together with vehicle requirements coordination team
• Understand / monitor competitive market environment
• Define and specify new features together with Product Owner
• Work accordingly to agile product development processes (e.g. collaboration with agile development team)
• Support Product Manager and Product Owner with definition and implementation of the product strategy
• Manage & prioritize product backlogs together with Product Owner
• Go-to-person for stakeholders like vehicle requirements coordination team or vehicle platform teams to answer questions regarding operator environment
• Support release of new features across regions and brands - coordination with Integration Teams and Product Marketing

What you will bring

• Bachelor degree/master degree with a background in agriculture or user interface / industrial design
• Good understanding of the agricultural industry and competitive landscape
• Experience with precision farming solutions
• Knowledge in image processing software, e.g. photoshop preferably
• Fluent in English, second language e.g. German, French, Portuguese preferred

• Experience within agricultural or heavy equipment industries
• International experience, e.g. internship or work experience abroad
• Technical background or work experience
• SAFE Agile or other agile methodology experience
• Additional language proficiency or international experience
