We’re looking for:
- We are in search of a dedicated IT Product Manager for the Sustainability domain, including the Product Carbon Footprint digital initiative and related technologies such as Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Sustainable Portfolio Management. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire product life cycle, aligning with Syensqo’s strategies and objectives, and contributing to transformational initiatives.
We count on you for:
- Be accountable for the Sustainability domain, collaborating with a global team to leverage internal and external resources
- Lead the full product life cycle, fostering alignment within the company and the IT community, and engaging with other Product Managers to drive impactful results in their respective domains
- Lead the Product Carbon Footprint digital initiative, aiming to automatically calculate the carbon footprint of Syensqo's manufactured products. Adhering to the Paris Agreement methodology and collaborating with external partners (such as Together For Sustainability, and World Business Council on Sustainable Development)
- Report to the Head of Build The Future & Connected Research, and indirectly to the Chief Sustainability Officer, you will play a vital role in orchestrating and challenging assumptions for the Sustainability domain

You will bring:
- Expertise in agile product management (SAFE methodology)
- Strong experience in data topics: management, quality assessment, governance, performance, and analytics
- Solid exposure to the relevant market of general IT solutions, general understanding of what AI models bring to day-to-day the sustainability scope
- Experience in developing and executing digital transformation roadmaps advocating best-of-breed solutions and promoting advanced technologies

You will get:
- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $145 to $180k per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
