Job Highlights
Qualifications
- Actively enrolled in an accredited Civil, Environmental Engineering or related Undergraduate program and 1-2 years from anticipated graduation date
- Demonstrated interest in Civil, Environmental Engineering and have a strong desire to advance skills related to BH’s work and projects
- Competent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally
- Strong organization and time-management skills including ability to execute direction from leadership and mentors
- Basic proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, spreadsheets, technology, and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, knowledge or exposure to software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Microstation is a plus
- Availability to work full time out of one of the Buchart Horn Offices listed below from June through August, flexible start/ending dates

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to support preparation of design plans, special provisions, research, field work, and analysis of essential project data for various projects
- Assist in collecting and maintaining project documentation
- Utilize cutting-edge computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare high-quality engineering and design documents
- Embrace additional responsibilities and challenges as required by projects’ needs
