We are seeking Synthetic Training Environment Experts at all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).
These positions are contingent upon contract award expected Summer 2024 and will be located in Hawaii.
Provide an USARPAC Learning Management System (LMS) application capable of enhancing the current USARPAC Basic Course (OBC) through online virtual delivery and providing a synthetic training environment to model and simulate real world USARPAC activities. Develop the USARPAC Advanced Functional Course.
Duties\:
- Plan and execute modeling and simulation systems development projects.
- Possess and apply knowledge about simulation methods for analysis of complex human-machine systems and training.
- Design and develop simulation systems and modeling of simulation objects.
- Perform analysis, applying appropriate scientific and engineering processes and modeling techniques to the life-cycle development of systems
- Perform analysis and trade-off studies related to operational issues, and review test plans to ensure MOEs address operational requirements using modeling and simulation tools and techniques
- Review plans for system integration, operation, and maintenance, and assist in the development of training for operational personnel.

Education and Experience:
- Requires a Bachelors degree but will accept years of experience in lieu of degree
- Hiring at all levels 0-20+ years
Required Clearance:
- Must have an active TS clearance to start work
- Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI
