As a sustainability-focused enterprise, we are seeking to add a Senior Manager – ESG & Compliance to our team who will take the lead in developing this new and increasingly important business function.

Our Mission
Help solve India’s waste management problem and maximize the value of plastic waste by producing quality recycled plastic materials for reuse.
Provide sustainable and traceable recycled materials meeting the requirements of customer supply chains.
Reduce overall environmental impact by implementing sustainable initiatives at all levels of business operations and diverting waste streams directed to landfills and water bodies.
Duties & Accountabilities
Develop an ESG framework and methodology that is commensurate with the nature of our business
Help seed a culture within the organization where decision-making includes an assessment of ESG parameters
Partner with internal teams to streamline operations and business processes
Prepare thematic and progress reports.
Develop and lead EHS programs and training to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for employees.
Ensure compliance with relevant EHS regulations, reporting requirements, and industry best practices.
Establish and track key ESG and EHS performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards sustainability and safety goals.
Qualifications & Experience
A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in providing advisory services and implementation expertise in ESG, E&S, and Sustainability related topics. Exposure to the manufacturing environment will be preferred.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, Sustainable Development, or a related technical subject area
Familiarity with various reporting frameworks, concepts, and internationally prevalent ESG trends
Understanding of ESG linked financial products will be beneficial
Fluency in English is essential
