Thanks to the companys excellent reputation, they have a strong client base and diverse portfolio of EIA projects which you would be involved with. As Assistant Project Manager for EIA your role would include:
- Assisting the PM to manage EIA projects including liaising with project team members, clients and external organisations and representing the company at meetings and consultation events.
- Using environmental information to provide advice and inform the design/layout of developments
- Assisting the PM in contributing to EIA tendering and business development activities
- Supporting the production of EIA Reports and ESs, including report chapters, figures and appendices.
- Assisting with EIA Report/ ES review work and reviewing draft review reports.
- Supporting the training and mentoring of junior team members
Location, Salary & Benefits:
This role will be based out of the Cardiff office, with the company offering very attractive hybrid and flexible working options including the option to WFH 3 days per week
Salary for this role is circa £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits including:

About you:
To apply for this role you will need to hold a relevant degree and/or professional qualification, and have at least 2-3 years experience in EIA work.
You'll have a good knowledge of environmental and development planning and a strong understanding of where EIA sits within the process
Ideally you'll have skills in mentoring and training junior team members.
Experience spanning several sectors and a working knowledge of GIS and wider environmental issues would be highly desirable.
