The junior level Legal Counsel will support the Company’s Head of Legal VP in all legal and compliance related matters including corporate and commercial matters, operational and employment matters, closely working with the business teams. Our ideal candidate will have license to practice law in any English speaking jurisdictions or Korea and will have the ability to work both in Korean and English at professional level, attitude to learn and grow as a lawyer at a dynamic organization, excellent analytical and writing skills, and drive to contribute and execute.
What will you be doing?
- Contract review in English and Korean.
- Draft and review various documents in English and Korean.
- Conduct legal research and communicate orally and/ or in writing with others.
- Review the Company’s marketing materials.
- Manage disputes and litigation.
- Implement the Company’s compliance program.
- Train employees on the Company’s policy and procedures
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
