As an Analyst, Land Development you will work with the Land Development
Position Overview
As an Analyst, Land Development you will work with the Land Development team to support the development of utility scale wind and solar projects throughout the United States. This person will report to the Senior Manager, Land Development. The position is located in Chicago, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Prepares summary forms or their equivalent
- Notarizes documents
- Assists senior team members with special projects
- Supports lease amendments and terminations
- Supports landowner database information
- Supports maiIouts as needed by the group
- Transfers documents to Land Administration for filing and processing for payment
- Gains knowledge of lease contracts and coordinates VP execution of the documentation
- Sets up P.O.s as needed by the group
- Attends regional group meetings; understands group dynamics and needs
- Attends specific project meetings
- Additional administrative tasks as needed to support the group
- Is fully trained on quorum and supports as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- 0-2 years of prior work experience
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a small team, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attentiveness to timelines
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills preferred to support Land Developer Tasks
