As Talent Operations Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring world-class candidate onboarding whilst overseeing dynamic growth across OES. Leveraging sharp critical thinking and superb people management skills, you will guide a team to deliver seamless candidate onboarding. You will mine performance metrics to spotlight areas of refinement and offer hands-on management and mentoring of the team. You will champion process improvements and best practice, always striving for greater efficiencies. In partnership with the wider team, your vision and influence will promote innovations that ultimately enhance the hiring and onboarding journey of all our new starters.

What you'll do - Manage, develop, and mentor a team of Talent Operations Coordinators
- Oversee all coordinator responsibilities for the onboarding lifecycle including system access, background checks, equipment/uniform ordering, and inventory
- Partner with other teams and functions to identify process improvements
- Analyse metrics with an eye for operational optimisation to share with the wider team
- Act as an onboarding subject matter expert for coordinator questions
- Lead team huddles, trainings, and development initiatives
- Escalate complex employee inquiries to the Talent Operations Manager
- Support the Talent Ops leadership team on key initiatives and projects
- Support with scheduling and conducting candidate interviews at assessment events
