This role will be directly involved in sales development for the Spanish market in particular in the Wind, Solar and Battery Storage segments. This position will focus on attracting potential clients, growing business within the installed based and on strengthening relationships by supporting customers with their business objectives.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Developing new customer accounts (cold canvassing and re-exploration) in the Renewable Energy Market in the region;
- Maintaining, develop and extends relationships with existing customers on different levels in the organization;
- Preparing a sales account plan, to achieve agreed upon targets and objectives for assigned sales territory and implement it;
- Managing complex sales cycles from lead to closure, including driving offer establishment and leading contract discussions;
- Actively visiting Renewable Market customers to understand their business drivers, needs and pains and find the link with our products/solutions;
- Providing timely report on customer requirements, booking status, competition and market trends;
- Coordinating complex cross division sales projects;
- Recommending price models and framework that fits the future business outlook in order to achieve a win/win context for both the business and customers;
- Preparing and complete product presentations and product introductions and use them during customer development activities (trade shows, fairs, conferences).

For this role you will need:
- Bachelor or University Degree in an appropriate engineering field or equivalent;
- At least 5 years proven experience in sales Wind, Solar and/or Battery Storage;
- Strong technical skills and background in the Renewables marketplace, with knowledge of power plant operations, processes and management including an understanding of distributed control systems;
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Language skills : Fluent English is essential and Spanish would be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently (60% of working time) throughout Spain and (sometimes) Europe.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Spanish or any other European language is an advantage;
- Previous experience in a matrix organization.
