The Account Coordinator works closely with existing and prospective clients to provide information about solar resource, performance, equipment selection and applicable incentives. This is a supporting role for sales and administration that works with cross-functional teams to ensure standard processes are followed throughout a project life cycle and requires knowledge of multiple fields. Must exhibit excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to address customer concerns in an empathetic and constructive way to deliver clear, concise and straightforward information.
- Able to learn the mechanical and technical knowledge of PV system operations and maintenance procedures
- Complete understanding of incentive structure and tax credits for residential and commercial
- Able to discuss with customer energy bills, savings, and value of solar electric systems
- Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- High level of computer skills
- Excellent planning, organization, strategic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and understand construction plan-sets
- Work to improve efficiency of processes and timelines
