Summary
The Product Manager’s main role will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product/business line promotion.
The goal of Product Manager is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our growth and reputation, implemented to the market hand in hand with the Sales Team. The Product Manager should be able to actively and effectively take part in strategy implementation by personally leading trainings and presentations for external and internal customers.
What you will be doing
Being responsible for building up short and longterm marketing strategies, in the actual field of product scope/lines across the cluster.
Being responsible for coordinating in country marketing activities, physical events and digital campaigns, collaborating with Business Unit Head, Sales Manager, Key Account Leaders, and appropriate functions to build and deliver effective marketing programs and campaigns. Working with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs (webinars, customers workshop, seminars…etc.).
Analyzing and reporting on the performance and efficiency of the marketing campaigns.
Supporting activities, together with Sales Manager (in countries where applicable) or Business Unit Head, main distributors/partners, updating and supervising actual sales data, sales trends and projects status.
Being responsible for price/discount policy, in line with financial requirements from the Company.
Providing a full range of support for pre-and post-sale support, and improve the efficiency of the entire Sales function.
Coordinating or supporting in-person and online product trainings as requested.
Planning and implementing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail etc.).
Developing positive relationships with KOLs and key accounts to maintain professional working relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
Acting as the regional critical issue point for inquiries and complaints on portfolio products including diagnosing and troubleshooting problems, engaging other parties to resolve problems in a detailed and timely manner, and arranging/ensuring follow-ups.
Advising on competitive products and services to contribute to strategies for defending and growing market penetration.
Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.).
Who are we looking for?
Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in the medical devices/ pharmaceutical industry with a completed university degree.
Validated experience in launching new products in the market.
Ability and experience in conducting trainings and presentations for internal and external partners.
Independent person with strong interpersonal skills and ease of establishing contacts.
An individual able to analyze data and formulate conclusions.
A very good command of English and excellent knowledge of MS Office is required.
Driving license and driving experience is a must!
