Compensation: $110,000-$120,000 incentive

Requirements
Who YOU Are:
- An experienced engineer with a background in solar and/or energy storage
- Entrepreneurial, creative and start-up minded
- Passion for project delivery and the energy transition
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications
- Familiarity with community and residential clean energy landscape, and an interest in energy storage
- Able to manage multiple parallel projects and partners / sub-contractors to achieve results
What You'll Do:
- Work within the sales team to achieve key sales milestones, adapting designs and recommendations to evolving origination needs for an external client or internal process
- Conduct desktop and onsite engineering analysis to craft solar and battery system designs for client proposals, with emphasis on optimizing constructability and project economics. This will involve utilizing third-party and proprietary analysis tools to produce initial project designs that are custom crafted for each site or underwriting objective
- Provide customer facing support through technical product presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Liaise with on-site community personnel to manage due diligence collection for project engineering requirements, filing and reporting on progress across sales and development teams
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent related field
- 10+ years professionalexperience in the energy industry experience or equivalent related experience specific to electrical operations at a site or utility.Preference towards experience in site management that includes various generation sources, in particular solar/battery
- Demonstrated ability to manage time-sensitive projects with competing deadlines, verticals and deliverables
- Familiarity with solar / battery development cycle, energy markets, emerging deployable technology and system design, renewable energy policy and general business etiquette
- Experience in presenting complex commercial and infrastructure concepts to unknowledgeable third parties, both internally and externally
- Proficiency with Aurora, and Microsoft Office Google Business suites
