1.Prospect
and generate leads through various channels, including
referrals, door-to-door canvassing, networking events, and
online strategies.
2.Conduct
consultations with potential customers to understand their
energy needs, assess their eligibility for solar systems, and
provide customized solutions.
3.Educate
customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost
savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
4.Deliver
compelling sales presentations, addressing customer concerns,
and effectively conveying the value of our solar energy
systems.
5.Collaborate
with internal teams, including design and installation, to
ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project
execution.
6.Maintain
accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and
progress using our CRM system.
7.Stay
up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and government

Requirements
1.Previous
sales experience, preferably in the solar industry, with a
proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales
targets.
2.Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
build rapport with customers and convey complex information in
an easily understandable manner.
3.Self-motivated
and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and surpass sales
goals.
4.Ability
to work independently, manage a sales pipeline efficiently, and
adapt to a fast-paced environment.
5. Cell phone with data plan, proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and
other sales productivity tools.
6.A
strong passion for renewable energy and a genuine desire to

7.Valid
driver's license and reliable transportation to travel
locally to meet with customers.
