This position provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to join our new SolarEdge manufacturing Team and have the opportunity to build together this new operation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- First & second Tier IT support for office users, IT systems, production IT systems, and elements – HW and SW in the factory.
- Managing and responding to IT requests from factory users and from global IT teams.
- Initiate corrective and preventive actions and operations for the proper management of IT systems in the factory.
- Managing and fixing hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
- Primary support for production lines equipment (IT side).
- Ensuring all systems are operational and backed up.
- Implements and follow Company’s IT documentation, procedures, and processes
- Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Record events and problems and their resolution in the CRM systems
- Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- IT Infra professional knowledge and practice, mainly in desktops, networks, operating systems
- Self learning approach and ability
- Service approach
- Understand the critical level of IT systems and elements stability and availability for the factory operations
- Team player, cooperation with the global IT teams
- Properly IT representation in the factory, ability to work with users, seniors, and all parties in the factory
