What You'll Do
As a Dealer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for account management, creative problem-solving, fostering strong relationships and growing seal revenue within our domestic dealer network.
Dealer Relationship Management & Training:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealers, understanding their unique needs and collaborating on mutually beneficial strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact between dealers and internal teams.
• Lead all sales and marketing training within the dealer organization and ensure dealer technical teams are adequately trained and supported.
• Complete monthly and quarterly meeting cadence to ensure new accounts are onboarded effectively and legacy accounts continue to be supported.
• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to the nuances of the different dealer sectors.
• Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and operations.
• Visit dealers as needed.
Creative Problem-Solving:
• Apply innovative problem-solving skills to address challenges faced by dealers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions tailored to the needs of dealers and clients.
Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with dealers to co-create account growth plans, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring seamless coordination.
• Communication and Presentation:
• Effectively communicate ideas, strategies, and tailored solutions to both dealers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations that highlight creative solutions in a dealer context.
Project Management:
• Efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts and resources effectively.
Required Expericence/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, Communication, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 5 years demonstrated success leading customer growth.
• Construction or HVAC Industry experience a plus.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding ability to build teamwork and trust across multiple internal stakeholders while championing customer success.
• Experience engaging senior leaders to actively promote ideas and spark strategies for customer success.
• Solid financial management, organizational and time management skills.
• A curious, positive, can-do attitude that will engage and challenge people to learn, grow and develop to win in an evolving market and growing organization.
• A passion for creative problem solving.
• A desire for continuous learning.
