MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the EMEA Finance team with team members spread across our Munich, Madrid, London, Riga and Cape Town offices, your main responsibilities will be:
- Financial Accounting & Reporting in SAP S/4HANA:
- Record financial transactions (GL, AP, AR, AA, BL)
- Prepare financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annually) in accordance with US-GAAP
- Ensure timely statutory reporting and filing of HGB
- Coordination of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearend Accounting Activities on behalf of Legal Entities in Germany, Latvia as well as in United Kingdom
- Full responsibility for Bookkeeping on behalf of Legal Entities in Netherlands as well as in Italy
- Digital Transformation:
- Work closely with internal and external IT consultants to continue digital workflow solutions
- Collaborate with local and global SAP Teams to optimize SAP S/4 HANA
- Finance Operations:
- Drive support to daily business and be involved in processes
- Partner closely with Sales/Operations/Logistics teams to optimize financial supply chain management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate and collaborate effectively with an intercultural team

Your backpack is filled with
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Related working experience (3+ years):
- Relevant accounting standards (USGAAP or IFRS and HGB)
- Working in a multinational corporation
- SAP S/4 HANA, MS Office
