RPI, LLC (Located in Green Bay, WI) is a part of Premier Outdoor Living, an entrepreneurial manufacturer that produces products for the outdoor living space. POL consists of 3 unique business, Spa cabinets, HDPE Lumber, and Outdoor Furniture. We operate 3 facilities, 2 in Pennsylvania and 1 in Wisconsin that support the three business. This position is to support RPI and will be based in Green Bay.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Production Support Specialist to help manage all aspects of our company's daily operations. The operations specialist's responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining data in the ERP system, scheduling, ordering minor raw materials and supplies, and working with the CSR and operations team to ensure a smooth flow of information aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer expectations.
To be successful as a production specialist, you should be committed to improving customer experiences and as well as the overall operation. Ultimately, a top-notch Operations Support Specialist should have excellent organizational, people management, and problem-solving skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Administrative:
·Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business activities.
·Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
·Generate weekly reports used by Operations team.
·Create and maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
·Assist with generating documentation for shipping, work orders, and purchase orders.
Operational:
·Daily responsibility for the production schedule to ensure customer needs are met and operational efficiency is maximized.
·Monitor inventory levels and create manufacturing schedule to ensure on-time delivery of product to customers.
·Track minor raw materials. Create PO’s and work with suppliers on delivery dates.
·Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through regular meetings and communications.
·Maintain inventory item master and Bills of Material in ERP system.
Essential Skills
·Has experience in inventory management.
·Has experience with production scheduling within an ERP system.
·Well versed in administrative tasks such as, analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting with basic support functions
·Can identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
·Participate and coordinate cross-functional project teams with sales, CSR, operations, quality/business systems, etc.
·Well versed in manufacturing
·Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to work at all levels of the organization.
·Excellent data analysis skills—proficient at turning data into information and knowledge.
·Effective communication, both verbally and in writing, to affect decision making and keep the organization informed.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
·3+ years of administrative or operations coordination experience
·Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (Scheduling, project management, data management, shipping documentation)
·Be knowledgeable of purchasing, productivity, demand creation, and inventory control processes.
·Computer literacy - ERP software, MS Office,
·Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
·Ability to communicate with customers, vendors, and employees.
·Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure.
Language Skills
Able to communicate and comprehend in the English Language to perform the duties of this position.
