MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As an IT Applications Manager you will support and optimize the business process flow for the EMEA region, collaborating closely with Headquarter IT (HQ IT) and regional business stakeholders. With your expertise and passion for making a positive impact on the organization you will pave the way to a lean and efficient technical landscape in EMEA and ensure that our business processes run seamlessly.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the successful utilization of internal application systems in the EMEA region within the MSS business unit.
- Collaborate with HQ IT and local business stakeholders to establish an IT strategy aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize their requirements.
- Familiarize yourself with HQ IT solution processes and analyse any discrepancies between these and the local business operations.
- Work closely with HQ IT to determine appropriate solutions, align project plans, and monitor project progress.
- Lead the local team in delivering high-quality day-to-day service to the business before and after system go-live.
- Manage and control the allocated capital and expense budget seeking approval from the Head of International IT (HQ).
- Provide weekly reports to the Head of International IT (HQ) and foster a strong relationship with the HQ IT team.

LANGUAGES
- Fluent in both written and oral English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese considered a plus

LOCATION
Your backpack is filled with
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in IT, with a comprehensive understanding of IT applications and infrastructure.
- Essential requirement of approx. 5 years of experience in SAP SD or FICO or CRM related.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs with multiple workstreams across various functions.
- Extensive experience in collaborating with external vendors to identify and implement appropriate solutions for the business.
- Proficient in managing the lifecycles of IT applications, including key activities such as project development rollouts and operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge and experience in CRM, WMS, and SRM.
- Experience in IT project management and change management.
