Office Manager MENA
Ras Al Khaimah
Responsibilities
- Support efficient running of the office operations within the company;
- Coordinate daily activities with other related departments, to communicate ongoing updates and changes happening within the MENA team;
- Support direct manager and dotted line managers (HR Director, Managing Director, CEO);
- Maintain the travel schedule (in-bound & out-bound) airtickets, hotel reservations of CEO;
- Track direct cost expenses and cost optimisation within the travel expenditures;
- Communication with the 3rd parties (PRO services, inquiries, quotations);
- Develop the tracking system of day-to-day operational activities;
- Participate in TOP management meetings and formalization of the structure (agenda, meeting minutes, recap);
- Develop with close collaboration (HR department - onboarding process of new joiners, keep track of legal requirements.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience as an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant preferred;
- Location: Ras Al Khaimah;
- Fluent English is a must; Arabic - as a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Attention to details, ability to work with minimum or no supervision;
- Ability to work under pressure in a start-up;
- Experience in working with local government regulations and procedures;
- Computer Literacy (MS office) is a must.
