Summary
This position serves as a Program Specialist (Contracting) and is responsible for the analysis and evaluation of contracting matters, and the initiation, development, and recommendation of contracting policies, procedures, guidance, and control of all contracting activities within the Facilities Operations, Engineering and Maintenance Unit (FOMU) at the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF).
Major Duties
Advises management on the most efficient and economical process in procuring regular and unique products/services required by FOMU to maintain operations.
