Job Overview
Surayay Namah Energy Private Limited is seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Consultant - Sales to join our team. As a Solar Consultant - Sales, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. This is a full-time position based in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and their benefits
- Ability to conduct site visits and assess feasibility
- Understanding of solar energy incentives and financing options
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their solar energy needs
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and provide accurate quotes
- Provide customers with information on available solar energy incentives and financing options
- Prepare and deliver presentations to educate customers on the benefits of solar energy
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the solar energy industry
