About the Role
We are hiring an energic and drive ESS sales Representative to join our team. As an ESS Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Energy Storage Systems (ESS) products and solutions to potential clients. Your role is vital in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their energy storage needs.
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and generate leads for ESS products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients about the features and benefits of our ESS solutions.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to close deals effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, and new technologies related to energy storage systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and present them to management.
- Attend trade show, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our ESS products and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and technical departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the ESS, renewable energy, or related industry
- Solid knowledge of energy storage systems and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Travel
Infrequent day and overnight travel domestically
International travel will be required with intervals of 2-4 weeks when onboarding new product models.
