Roofer Team Lead / Roofing Foreman - August Roofing and Solar

Offerings:

• Hourly Pay: $23-$30, based on experience

Ideal Candidate:

• Has 3-5 years of diverse roofing experience, especially in asphalt shingles and tiles
• Has 2 years of leadership experience in roofing
• Holds a valid CA Driver's License with a clean record
• Can handle heavy work, including lifting and moving items up to 110 pounds
• Is comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (a plus, not mandatory)

Responsibilities:

• Manage installs, repairs, and reroofs across a variety of materials
• Organize the job site, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality work
• Guide the team in the Roofer Development program and August Roofing SOPs
• Adhere to and ensure OSHA safety guidelines are followed by all crew members
• Operate company vehicles and various equipment responsibly
