The Opportunity
Our QLD Operations team is embarking on an exciting period with the delivery of multiple EPC contracts in metropolitan and regional Queensland, including the Ulinda Park BESS & Substation, Greenbank BESS and Brendale BESS & Substation. Each of these industry leading projects will play an important role in helping the state achieve its renewable energy targets and ensure that households and businesses have access to reliable and affordable clean energy.
As one of CPP's HV Electricians, you will be rewarded with excellent working conditions under our enterprise agreement and have the opportunity to work on high-voltage substation projects that are contributing to Australia's renewable energy future.
Although desirable, experience in High-Voltage is not essential. If you possess experience in industrial or commercial electrical work, you will be provided with on the job training to be upskilled as a HV Electrician.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- QLD Electrical License & White Card
- Demonstrated experience in an industrial and/or commercial industry, with exposure to switchboards, cable tray, cable termination/installation (LV/MV/HV)
- A positive attitude and proactive approach towards safety
- Although not essential, experience in substations, HV construction and testing will be highly regarded
